We ship all orders via United Parcel Service (UPS). We feel that UPS will enable us to give you the best combination of price and service for shipping your order. When buying from you will never have to worry about any hidden costs added to your shipping total. We do not charge you for any handling or service charges. You are only charged what we pay for shipping. We will also provide shipping insurance on all items under $10,000.00 for free, any Item over that amount will have an insurance charge on the amount over $10,000.00. Our checkout system will automatically apply shipping rates based on your order's weight, location, and shipping method. You will be able to see the total cost prior to submitting your order.

Our primary shipping method is UPS ground. We will always ship your order within 3 business days of receiving your order. The majority of orders will be shipped the very next day. Orders must be placed before 9am (EST) to have a chance to ship out that day. Orders placed on the weekends won't be eligible for shipment until Monday. The above applies to all in-stock items. Occasionally we will ship items directly from the manufacturer and you should allow 3-7 business days for these items to ship. Custom adjustments such as sizing, stone setting and any other modification of an item may delay shipping as well.

We also offer expedited shipping methods if you need your order in a hurry. We offer UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air. Next Day Air shipments will arrive the next business day excluding weekends and holidays. 2nd Day Air shipments will arrive in two business days after departure. Orders must be placed before 9am (EST) to ship out the same day. Orders that are placed on the weekends will not ship out until Monday. If you need an order to be shipped out the same day and your order is placed after 9am you will need to contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate you. Expedited shipping may not be available on certain products.

We will ship ONLY to addresses in the United States or Canada.

We do not allow shipping to Post Office boxes (PO boxes) since we only ship via UPS. Please do not enter a PO Box as your shipping address because it will just delay your order until we get a street address from you.

The above ground shipping policy applies to the continental U.S. only. All items shipped to Hawaii or Alaska must be shipped either UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air.

In certain circumstances a product may be back-ordered or out of stock. In such cases you will be notified immediately so that we can correct the problem as best we can.


We are committed to providing you with the best quality jewelry. However, if you feel that you want to return an item to us for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange, store credit, or a refund, as long as the item is still new, unused, and in its original packaging. If you feel that you want to return an item you must contact us within 15 days of your receipt of the merchandise for an RA (Return Authorization) number. This number must be written boldly on the outside of the box. We will not accept any returns without an RA number. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Even if you received free shipping, we still incurred shipping charges and they will be subtracted from your order total when we send a refund. All return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer. We will not accept return items shipped to us C.O.D. or returns on any custom or altered item. All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Ring's World.

Gift Cards

We do not allow refunds back to your credit card for gift cards. Gift cards can only be redeemed for merchandise, no exceptions. If you purchase something with a gift card and would like to return it, that amount will be added back to your gift card balance.
